Our residential property management team has considerable experience in advising on the pro-active management of residential property portfolios. Historically our focus has been concentrated on the Covent Garden and Soho markets, but we have successfully expanded right across the West End.
Our location and strong supplier chain enables us to react quickly and efficiently to any issues that arise, and we have a dedicated residential accounts team supporting our surveyors in all aspects of financial reporting.
We are committed to helping our clients make the most of their property investment.
We currently manage almost 350 Assured Shorthold tenancies for clients including Shaftesbury Plc, The Mercers Company, major property funds and over 100 private Landlords.
