Victoria House, Bloomsbury Square, London, WC1
Overlooking Bloomsbury Square, Victoria House is a neo classical designed building constructed in stages between 1921 and 1934, when it was completed. The building comprises in excess of 215,000 sq ft of offices arranged on two basement levels and eight floors above the pavement with two additional central tower floors. The Building was listed (Grade II) in December 1990. Refurbished in 2003 it now provides Grade A office accommodation.
We are instructed by Michael Page International PLC, who occupy nearly 30,000 sq.ft on part ground and first floors, to advise on the rent review due September 2008. The matter is the subject of arbitration. We provide witness and market evidence as to rental value and coordinate case management.
